“We are all agreed that your theory is crazy. The question that divides us is whether it is crazy enough to have a chance of being correct”.
Niels Bohr (1958)
The goal of unification is to find a common source for four known forces; gravity, electro-magnetic and the strong and weak nuclear forces. Ideally a unification theory would be elegant, symmetrical and likely involve known concepts seen or assembled in a new way.
Built on a classical relativistic foundation of spacetime and gravity/acceleration equivalence, in the tradition of Einstein, thought experiments using universal characteristics lead to postulates for a common source of the Unification forces. These same postulates lead to other insights on the nature of light (EMR), energy and the dimension of time, with many possible directions for future study.
Axioms:
– Symmetry
– Elegance
– Extension of know principles
- Motion is universal, all matter has a significant velocity
- Spacetime has 4 dimensions; x,y,z and T
- All mass has Velocity in x,y,z and T
- Universal motion is curvilinear in x,y,z and T
- Curved motion results in acceleration in x,y,z and T
- Gravity is acceleration
- Gravity results from curvilinear motion in T
- The Unification forces will have a common source.
- Unification forces are a result of acceleration from curvilinear motion in T
- Relative velocity of matter and light (EMR) is always C
- EMR exists and travels in another dimension
- EMR exists and travels in time dimension
- Velocity of mass in T is C in the future direction
- Let C = V0
- At C, mass and energy become equivalent
- Relative velocity of mass in Time is source of energy
“It is the facts that matter, not the proofs. Physics can progress without the proofs, but we can’t go on without the facts … if the facts are right, then the proofs are a matter of playing around with the algebra correctly.”
Richard Feynman (1965)
